Sospes Simplifies Certification Management

Sospes released a mobile Certification Management module that allows organizations to decrease overall compliance risks while also reducing certification administration workload.

Sospes announced the release of its mobile Certification Management module, an application that allows organizations to decrease overall compliance risks while also reducing certification administration workload. The new Sospes module helps managers easily keep required worker certifications and credentials up to date and allows workers to access their credentials in a digital folder on any smartphone or tablet.

The Sospes certification management product allows organizations to customize, assign and manage certifications for all employees from a simple web portal. Employees can easily access their credentials with photos of original certificates from the field using their smart devices. Managers and employees are automatically alerted when certifications are nearing expiration or must be updated.

“Many industries require workers to prove they are qualified to perform certain tasks or even to be present in specific areas. It’s an important step in overall safety and quality assurance,” explained Tom Carson, President of Sospes. “Sospes now gives organizations a way to easily manage all their certifications and renewals from a single web portal to help remove the problems caused by expired certifications.”
